F12 Plus and vendor management save the day

This automotive organization is a multi-location dealership focused on providing sales, parts and service for Western Star Trucks. The staff are not IT experts, but finger-pointing between the company’s IT and VOIP providers was dragging them into constant conversations about IT. Persistent issues were driving away customers, causing downtime on the shop floor, and frustrating the entire team.
F12 assumed responsibility for the IT environment and took ownership of the results, including managing relationships among the organization’s solution providers and software vendors. By leveraging our Hardware-as-a-Service solution, F12 Plus, we were able to swap equipment in and out, conclusively demonstrating faults with their current hardware setup. F12 provided recommendations to address issues and implemented procedures to ensure the shop floor diagnostic systems were kept up to date.
The organization’s multi-year IT and VOIP nightmare ended. Conversations about telephone systems, internet performance and IT infrastructure went from daily to quarterly. The team now focuses on providing excellent service to its customers and on supporting community initiatives, and it no longer needs to dedicate an unreasonable amount of time to resolve IT issues.
