The Problem

ULS Landscaping provides year-round landscape design, construction, maintenance, and snow and ice control. With an aging IT environment, and a major office relocation looming, ULS was looking for ways to better manage IT spend while not compromising its technology needs.

Our Solution

We came to ULS with F12 Plus, a fully-managed IT solution that incorporates ULS’s infrastructure hardware, software, security, cloud and project implementation costs into one flat, monthly rate. By coordinating all of these components in tandem with the company’s office move, F12 aimed to kill two birds with one well-thrown stone.

The Outcome

ULS now enjoys a fully-standardized and supported IT environment, and it successfully avoided a $200,000 cash outlay to get the job done. With the simplicity of the new IT lifecycle strategy and budget, the ULS leadership team is free to focus on and tackle other important business challenges it has on its plate.
