About the Role:

 

The CEC supports the Client Engagement Team with administrative services related to F12 client projects.  The CEC in conjunction with the Regional Managers, ITMs, and the Onboarding Team, will review project details and ensure that accurate contracts and assets are maintained for each client.  The performance of these duties must ensure a quality approach to all employees, clients and managers.  The CEC is responsible for supporting new initiatives, and carrying out policies and procedures to support the strategy and sales goals of F12.net.

  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency

Onsite Services is the ‘face of F12’. As an Onsite Services Technical Specialist you will own the responsibility of delivering the exceptional service that makes F12 different from other Managed Service Providers. You will continually grow your knowledge of hardware and software while also growing your customer service skills along with the support of your fellow Technical Specialists.

Responsibilities

Onsite Services Technical Specialists are responsible for the resolution of tickets that are escalated out from Remote Services. Travelling to client locations, they provide the other half of F12’s Service Delivery to our clients.

They also provide assistance to the F12.net Regional Office that they are located in with regards to asset and fleet management as required, or scheduled.

Technical Specialists also participate in an afterhours, on-call, rotation after probation to provide 24×7 assistance to F12.net Clients along with providing assistance to Client Onboarding Services as scheduled by the Onsite Services Coordinator.

Required Skills / Training

  • Post Secondary Education or over 2 years of experience with technical certifications. (Microsoft, Network+, etc)
  • Maintain accurate technical notes & activity tracking
  • Management of time and commitments
  • Maintain prompt communication
  • Intermediate-level technical skills in the following disciplines:

NOC Technicians receive an annual salary between $38,000 and $48,000 depending on experience, results, and project efficiency.
