You will be responsible for providing general office duties including reception, filing, word processing, records management, as well as other administrative tasks. Job Summary:

 

Working closely with all F12 Networkers, this role will entail:

 

  • Welcoming visitors to our offices
  • Answer branch phones in a professional and friendly manner
  • Review and direct incoming correspondence (fax, email and post mail)
  • Maintaining security by following procedures; issuing visitor badges
  • Coordinate Consultants and Managers for Strategical Technical reviews
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Maintenance of our healthy snack program
  • Receive client payments and complete bank deposits daily
  • Maintain current accounts receivables for all clients
  • Coordinate meetings and travel
  • Event planning, execution and follow up
  • Maintain client confidence
  • Fleet maintenance (arranging scheduled vehicle servicing, log book reconciliation)
  • Facilities management (coordination with facility suppliers, janitorial staff, etc.)
  • Adherence to our company Core Values
  • Support your fellow Networkers
  • Other duties as required

 

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this F12 Networker will be the “face of the company” for visitors to our office.

 

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable and highly organized
  • Strong skills in operating office equipment: fax, photocopiers, scanner, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with basic computer operations, and experience using a computer in a business setting
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license required
  • Police security clearance (Provided by F12)

 

Qualifications:

 

High school diploma and a minimum of one (2) years of related office experience is required. Post-Secondary education is considered an asset.

 

Compensation:

 

F12.net provides two weeks of annual vacation PLUS five flex days for personal or medical use for new employees. All Networkers at F12 have the opportunity to participate in social activities which occasionally fall outside of work hours. These provide a great chance to build a stronger relationship with your co-workers and clients.
