How does F12 foster culture within the workplace?
We find that people love working at F12 because of our culture. F12 “Networkers” thrive here in our vibrant workplace because we offer them the chance to try different things and learn new skills outside their wheelhouse.
F12 was a team of eight people when I started—and now we’re over three hundred! But fostering culture has been a focus from the get-go. And I don’t think we could have grown to such an impressive number without putting our employees first.
