Too often, we think of IT as a break-fix service. But IT is so much more—and this month we’re focused on how technology can help you innovate.

We recently hosted a webcast on how SMBs can out-innovate the competition, and guess how you do it? That’s right—by embracing new technology.

We also turned to F12 CTO Calvin Engen and F12 Managing Partner and M&A Strategist Michael Contento to discuss the benefits and challenges of becoming an MSSP (a major step in innovating your MSP business), and if it makes the most sense for technology providers to build up to that designation or join an existing MSSP.

Engen also shared his expertise in using technology and innovation for cyber security protection through a solution called MDR. That article appears on the Canadian Chamber of Commerce site.
