Yang serves as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner at F12, where he helps lead one of Canada’s largest and fastest-growing managed IT and cyber security organizations.
Since joining F12 in 2022, Yang has held progressively senior leadership roles, including General Manager, Executive Vice President, and now Chief Operating Officer, reflecting a career built on operational excellence, client success, and long-term growth.
With more than a decade of leadership experience in the Canadian technology sector, Yang brings a practical understanding of how technology, people, and process come together to drive outcomes.

F12’s COO and Managing Partner Yang Wu was appointed to the Board of Directors at the Alberta Diabetes Foundation.
The Alberta Diabetes Foundation has spent more than 35 years advancing world-class diabetes research in Alberta, helping fund breakthrough innovations including islet cell transplantation and the Edmonton Protocol.
Today, its mission is more important than ever, with more than 11.7 million Canadians affected by diabetes and cases expected to increase over the next 10 years.
